Be sure to get a sea-view room at this modest but well-run hotel (one of the many that line the seafront road east of the harbor), which has a friendly and helpful staff. It has a small pool and its own waterfront terrace with swimming platforms over the rocky coast across the street. Rooms are small but most have views and are well maintained. You can count on the managers for advice on which ancient sites to see.
