There are no views here, but this helps to give the restaurant a less touristy vibe than is usual in Pamukkale. The good menu features simple village food and grills, including delicious kuzu pirzola (lamb chops), at city prices. Mains are on the small side, but their generous helpings of delicious vegetable mezes would make a Turkish granny proud—get the roasted eggplant in garlicky yogurt, or a mixed plate for the hungry and indecisive. Meals are served on a patio during the summer months.
