Overlooking a large, well-tended beach, and with lovely gardens (and pet chickens), this is a perfect place for families. A father-and-daughter team built and expanded this rustic-feeling hotel in Gölköy with care, ensuring the modest but crisp white rooms are spic and span. The owners also pay a great deal of attention to offerings in their on-premises restaurant, where a wood-fire brick oven supplies pide and lahmacun (Turkish pizzas), served on a wooden deck built out over the bay—and, of course, there's a supply of fresh eggs from the chickens.
