Tomtom Suites Review
A restored 1901 residence that once housed Franciscan nuns offers superb accomodations and authentic character, with guest rooms—some true "suites" with separate sitting rooms, others large open-plan spaces—furnished with warm woods, textiles in natural colors, high ceilings, and original artwork. Lined entirely in polished, veined white marble with floor heating, and featuring Jacuzzis and Molton Brown amenities, huge bathrooms put guests in the lap of luxury. Front-facing rooms have spectacular views of the Bosphorus and Topkapi Palace. In summer, breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant, where guests are offered the use of hotel iPads in lieu of morning newspapers.
