Proprietor and chef Arzu Gürdamar likes experimenting with food, and her menu includes traditional Istanbul-style mezes like muska böreği (a triangular meat-stuffed pastry), as well as her own tasty creations, such as zucchini in strained yogurt with crushed almonds.
