As its name suggests, this restaurant on a side street not far from İstiklal Caddesi specializes in ravioli-like mantı, small pockets of pasta filled with ground meat; hingal, a variation eaten in the Caucasus with a cheese and potato filling, is also served. Gözleme, a type of very thin flatbread filled with ingredients such as cheese and spinach, then cooked on a huge griddle as you watch, is very good here; other options include tasty home-style
soups and vegetable and meat dishes. With traditional Anatolian-style decor and paper napkins, the atmosphere is simple but homey. No alcohol is served.
