5. Kat is on the fifth floor of an unassuming building in the quiet Cihangir neighborhood. Once inside, you'll find an excellent view of the Bosphorus, fabulous cocktails, and comfortable couches and chairs that make it feel like you're passing the time in somebody's living room.
