Kat, a rather pricey restaurant that turns into a trendy lounge/bar, is on the fifth floor of an unassuming building in the quiet Cihangir neighborhood and offers wonderful views of the Bosphorus—along with fabulous cocktails. With its wooden furniture and potted plants, the upper-level terrace (open only in summer) makes you feel like you're passing the time on somebody's roof deck.
