The Istanbul Four Seasons in Sultanahmet is one of the city's ritziest hotels, and it's also home to one of the city's finest restaurants, in a delightful gazebo-like glass pavilion in the middle of the hotel's manicured garden. The menu is Ottoman/Mediterranean and features the creations of chef Mehmet Gök. The emphasis is on seafood and lamb, but there are also pastas and risottos. The lunch menu is lighter and more international, with sandwiches, pastas, and salads. On Sundays, the restaurant's brunch buffet ($80) draws crowds from across Istanbul.
