In a restored historic ferry terminal on the Bosphorus, Iskele's romantic setting is more than matched by a fine range of seafood. After ordering from the selection of mezes, ask the waiter to recommend whatever is especially tasty that day. Eating in the restaurant, with its sliding glass doors that look out onto the Bosphorus, will make you feel like you're dining on the deck of a yacht. Phone ahead for a table by the window or, even better, outside on the terrace in warmer weather.
