Bebek
Bebek Review
Bebek is one of Istanbul's most fashionable suburbs and is especially popular with the affluent expatriate boating set, thanks to the area's pretty, natural habor. The neighborhood has a number of upmarket cafés and restaurants and a few boutiques; there's also a small, shaded public park on the waterfront. The stretches of coastline both north and south of Bebek are perfect for a promenade. (Bebek is about 20-30 minutes by taxi from central Istanbul.)
