Fodor's Review:
360 Istanbul is a swank rooftop restaurant (with fabulous views) in the early evening, but becomes a fashionable club after 11 PM, when a well-dressed crowd arrives to dance. Music is provided by a DJ who is sometimes joined by a live percussionist.
