Fodor's Review:
On Numara, in an arcade below the Galata Bridge, is a good perch from which to view the sun as it sets over the Golden Horn and the minarets of Istanbul. There are cushy beanbag chairs to sit in and a young crowd drinking beer and smoking Narghiles.
