Owner and chef Ibrahim Sogukdag knows fish—he was a fisherman before he got started in the restaurant business—and this is one of the best places in the city for seafood (the name literally translates as "Nature Fish"). The friendly restaurant usually offers a wide variety of freshly caught options, most often served grilled. This casual spot is also renowned for its extensive selection of mezes, especially lightly cooked, unusual, fresh greens, such as beetroot leaves or samphire, a type of seaweed. On the eighth floor of the Villa Zurich hotel, this open-air restaurant has a commanding view of the Bosphorus and the Istanbul rooftops below.
