Fodor's Review:

This modern 14-story tower, catering primarily to business travelers, has spectacular views of the Bosphorus and terraced gardens. The busy yet elegant lobby is gleaming white, with furniture covered in golden fabric and a fountain in the center. The rooms, many of which face the Bosphorus, are tastefully furnished and comfortable. The staff is genial and efficient and can help you navigate the hotel's full range of services. Prego restaurant ($$$) serves Italian food in a contemporary setting, while the rooftop Summit Bar has some of the city's finest views. Pros: excellent service; Bosphorus views. Cons: standard rooms could use sprucing up; atmosphere is that of a business hotel.
