A delightful gazebo-like glass pavilion in the middle of the manicured garden courtyard of the Four Seasons is the ritziest restaurant in Sultanahmet (and also the most expensive). The menu highlights traditional Anatolian dishes—made with ingredients sourced locally from around the country—ranging from cold and hot meze to grilled meats and fish, including a boneless lamb shank cooked for eight hours.
