Bayazhane

Bayazhane Review

Dining in this warehouse built in 1909 for a tobacco merchant is in either a large outdoor courtyard or the cool stone-vaulted chambers at the back. There is a good sampling of such local dishes as smoky eggplant kebabs, as well as meatball and yogurt soup, yavurma. This is not only one of the nicest places in town, but one of the few that serves alcohol.
