Seten Restaurant

Seten Restaurant Review

A magnificent old mansion perched at the top of Göreme's hotel hill is the setting for great food and a beautiful view. Seating is outside in summer or inside in small rooms with just a few tables, an intimate setting in which to enjoy such delicious dishes as stuffed squash blossoms and a range of mezes. The restaurant's specialty, Tokat-style kebab—eggplant and meat cooked vertically so the juices of the two mix—is baked in the traditional oven on the terrace.
