This enchanting hotel has wonderful views of Ortahisar castle from several lovely terraces, tasteful cave rooms that are simple yet stylish, and down-to-earth service that makes guests feel right at home. Comfortable standard rooms have white wooden floors accented by brightly colored furniture, textiles, and decorative items; large bathrooms are done in travertine, with walk-in showers. Suites have separate living areas and TVs; “superior” category ones feature a sleeker, more contemporary Turkish design concept. Added perks include free self-service laundry machines and alcoholic drinks available on an honor system. The hotel serves a light dinner (set menu) for a reasonable price.
