This spare but welcoming hotel inhabits a handsome, historic building and is ideally placed on the Limmatquai, minutes from the Hauptbahnhof and steps from the Limmatquai and Central tram stops. All rooms have tile bathrooms and plump down comforters. There's an old-fashioned wood-paneled Weinstube (wine bar) and a bright vegetarian restaurant that doubles as the breakfast room.
