Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten/Küferstube

Fodor's Review:

Although the pricier Zunfthaus upstairs is often overwhelmed with large banquets, at substreet level a cozy, candlelit haven called the Küferstube (Coopers' Pub) serves atmospheric meals in a dark-beamed Old Zürich setting. Sumptuous traditional standards include dishes using almost all parts of the animal, such as liver with sage and sweetbreads in Riesling butter.
