Fodor's Review:

In a 19th-century whitewashed former warehouse, industrial lighting, parquet floors, and the occasional strategically placed cactus set the minimalist tone for the kitchen's delicious, simple cuisine. The market determines the menu, which could be anything from lentil tartare with cottage cheese to veal shoulder in mustard sauce with truffle polenta. If you can't decide on a wine, you're welcome to browse downstairs in the candlelit cellar—there are only about 1,000 bottles to choose from.
