In compliance with the kitchen's ban on the use of packaged foods, the meals served at this warm, inviting restaurant are prepared with seasonal ingredients. The results are such innovative dishes as homemade gnocchi with pumpkin, arugula, and truffles, or beef fillet with potatoes, sour cream, and horseradish. There is also a five-course meal accompanied by a glass or two of wine preselected for each course.
