Zürich's first Japanese noodle bar is spacious and uncluttered, and tables are large enough for sharing without cramping your style or compromising your privacy. Hearty but health-conscious soups made with ramen, soba, and udon noodles are the specialty. The kitchen's pledge is to use fresh seasonal ingredients without preservatives, MSG, cream, or butter, and to add as little animal fat as possible. The restaurant also has what may be the city's largest gastronomic smoke-free zone: only 4 tables out of 26 have been set aside for smokers.
