La Salle Review
This is a favorite haunt of theatergoers heading for the Schauspielhaus Schiffbauhalle—it conveniently shares the same building. The glass, steel, and concrete interior mixes well with the brick elements left from the original factory building. Beneath an enormous Murano-glass chandelier, elegantly dressed patrons enjoy delicate dishes such as tagliatelle with black tiger prawns, langoustine in a lemon, chili and olive sauce, or beef fillet in green pepper cream sauce. The hefty wine list can be sampled at the apricot-color bar, where a smaller version of the menu is available.
