Bergrestaurant Spielboden Review
The views aren't bad at this lunch-only mountaintop restaurant, which received a top-to-toe makeover in 2012. Focusing on Valais wines, this elegant lodge is decidedly upscale, offering a lot more than the usual fondue and raclette. Braised duck leg with mashed potatoes and cabbage, and yak ragout with späetzlis and buttery carmelized onions and Swiss truffles up the ante for mile-high cuisine.
