On Montana's shopping promenade, this restaurant is a successful mix of traditional and contemporary, both in terms of decor and food. It is one of the village's favorite spots for specialty fondues, raclette, platters of air-dried meat, and Rösti (grated parboiled potatoes panfried into a buttery cake).
