Getting Here and Around

The lake steamer from Luzern stops here as well as at the Rütli Meadow (directly across the lake), making it convenient to see both sites in one shot. Boats leave Luzern between about 11:30 am and 5:30 pm four times a day from spring through fall, and twice a day in winter at around 11 am and 3 pm. You can also take a taxi from Brunnen (about 50 SF each way), but set a time for your driver to pick you up again: there is no stand at the Tellskapelle. The steamer also stops in Brunnen.
