Fodor's Expert Review 7132 Thermal Baths
Designed by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor—and made from 60,000 slabs of local quartzite—the 7132 Therme is built into the side of a mountain in a remote Graubünden valley. Focusing on the serene, primal experience of bathing, the therapies and treatments offered are designed to relieve tension and pamper; think body wraps and peelings, breathing and visualization techniques, personalized facials, and massages. Seven different pools in a range of temperatures are available, including a 36-degree Celsius (96.8-degree Fahrenheit) outdoor pool and an exclusive sound bath resonance room linking the rejuvenating powers of water and sound. Exclusive nighttime soaks from 11 pm to 1 am Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday are available to guests of the 7132 hotels.
