As a break from all those sports, the town offers relaxation at the MTZ Heilbad. The local mineral springs have been known for more than 3,000 years; in 1535 the physician and alchemist Paracelsus praised the water, which is the richest in iron and carbonic acid in Europe. Massages and most treatments are done in individual cabins with private baths. Choose from a St. Moritz peat pack, a mineral bath, or an aroma bath with scents such as rosemary or lavender.
