Silvapina Review

This delightful hotel in an old chalet-style building is family-run and family-welcoming. It is right by the station (trains don't run at night) and a few minutes' walk from the slopes. Guest rooms are done either all in wood or in white with touches of pine; south-facing rooms have balconies and are bright, clean, and airy. Apartments have small kitchens and fireplaces and are well kitted out for small families. Note that bathrooms have showers instead of tubs. The communal area and garden are homey and informal, with games for old and young.
