Well-heeled luxury seekers are in seventh heaven as they step into the hushed, welcoming environs of this exclusive hotel where the drive to simply be and do nothing reaches new heights—especially at the Bergoase spa, where the striking modernistic pools offer sensory serenity come rain, snow, or shine. The lobby, lounge, and bar are decked out with plush interiors while the floor-to-ceiling windows and ample balconies envelop guests in the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains and wooded pine slopes. Inside, individually designed guest rooms with leather headboards, vibrant fabric accents, and stucco ceilings are elegant; bathrooms are finished in local granite and marble.
