Like many of the good vintages on its wine list, this historic inn, built in 1677, just keeps getting better, especially under the loving care of Adrian Müller. The restaurant serves local wines and focuses boldly on regional dishes such as capuns, maluns, or the filling Ratsherrenplatte, which combines vegetables, Pizokel, and a beef fillet. The family-owned and -run hotel neighbors the town's main church, but don't worry about lost sleep; its bells are silent at night. Rooms are modern and wood-clad; you can relax on a rooftop terrace or in the fireplace lounge. Note that the elevator goes only to the third floor.
