Le Tse Fung
Le Tse Fung Review
Plush red velvet chairs and golden accents encourage guests to linger at Le Tse Fung, an elegant Chinese restaurant tucked into the lower level of this resort overlooking the lake. The menu offers several prix-fixe meals that range from the 90 SF "Opal," which includes spring rolls, steamed dumplings, and Mongolian-style beef, to the 160 SF "Diamond," a satisfying combination of Peking duck with pancakes, sole filets with ginger; and sliced beef with basil. For those who would prefer a dim sum approach, the restaurant includes extensive à la carte choices, including 20 types of steamed or grilled dumplings and two styles of Peking duck served over two courses. Reserve ahead, as the place often fills up.
