EastWest Review

Take a small hotel and convert it into a townhouse-y bijou with a world-traveler feel. Add a signature restaurant and "tapas" bar driven by globe-trotting three-star Michelin chefs (the Pourcel brothers) and you have something unique—a Geneva first. The contemporary taste, and mix of art and design objects in guest and public rooms alike, is exquisite here; so is the food at Sens, the restaurant part of which overlooks a lovely small court where bamboo riffles in the breeze against a water wall. The "tapas" bar has nothing to do with hearty Spanish nibbles but rather with rarefied gourmet delights that take their references from all over.
