Reservations are required at Domaine de Châteuvieux and Café des Négociants and highly recommended at Le Tse Fung, so plan ahead.

For a cozy meal in a storybook-village setting, head about 16 km (10 miles) from Centre Ville Rive Gauche to L'Auberge d'Hermance (022/7511368 www.hotel-hermance.ch) in Hermance.
