La Fleur de Lys Review
From its vaulted, stenciled reception area to its pine-and-beam restaurant, this is an inviting hotel set in a pink-hued historic building. The plain, spacious guest rooms contain '50s-style wooden furniture, and a large rear terrace and garden have a wonderful view of the mountains and town castle. Food plays a big role here, from the ample breakfast buffet to the traditional Swiss fare (local fish, cheese specialties, Rösti, ham off-the-bone called jambon à l'os) and some French classics.
