Even some of the bathrooms have ceiling beams in this waterfront landmark, which was built between 1508 and 1517. The public spaces have pine-plank floors and suits of armor on display, and every room—modernized in beige and rose tones—has a Rhine view. The hotel's suite has its own separate entrance, a one-car garage and a boat jetty. The restaurant specializes in freshwater fish and is closed on Wednesday between September and June.
