Beausite Park Hotel Review

Grandly situated on the hill above Wengen (more than a bit of a hike from the town center, but that may be a virtue), this hotel offers the kind of views that made Wengen world-famous—a Cinerama vista of mountain majesty with the buildings of the town nearly hidden by trees. Happily, the southern-exposure guest rooms come with balconies to drink in the beauty. Pampering is offered elsewhere: sink into a couch in the lounge, relax with a massage, or enjoy a dip in the bio-pond or indoor pool to cool off. The restaurant is done in dull baby blue, and the bar is very stylish. Rooms are spacious and mostly modern—some have elegant brass beds and a more traditional, rustic style.
