Hotel Eiger Review
With a front-row perch directly across from the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, this is the most stylish hotel in Mürren. With one five-story wing dating back to the 1920s and an even larger, snazzier wing from the early 1990s, most rooms flaunt balconies with "peak" views. In addition, the hotel has room to spare for an indoor pool with staggering views of the ermine-mantled mountains, not to mention a sauna and hot tub to warm up after a tough day on the slopes. Inside, all is Gemütlichkeit-elegant: the adorable bar has a big fireplace hood, while regular guest rooms come with elegant pine wainscoting and suites go all out with exposed timber beams and gorgeous fabrics.
