Books

Many bookshops stock English-language books. Akademibokhandeln has a wide selection of English books, with an emphasis on reference titles. Hedengren's has an extensive selection of English- and other foreign-language books, from fiction and nonfiction to photography and architecture. NK has a large bookstore with an extensive English-language section.

Radio

There are two major radio stations with English-language programming in Stockholm. Radio Sweden, part of the state-owned radio company, has news about Sweden in English, daily and weekly English programs, as well as many shows from National Public Radio in the United States and from the BBC in the United Kingdom. You can pick up Radio Sweden at 89.6 FM.
