Fodor's Review:
This hip restaurant is exactly what its name suggests: two half floors plus a pleasant courtyard. The retro vibe here harks back to the '70s. The menu emphasizes fish, most of it done with a Mediterranean flair. The staff is good-hearted and professional. When possible, eat in the courtyard, but book a table, since there are only 10 out there.
