Named for the date the building was erected, this small, pleasant hotel is a piece of Stockholm history. Rooms vary in shape, but all have original, well-worn pine floors with a winning mix of modern decor and 17th-century-style furniture. There's no elevator in this four-story building. The bar and café are a popular local hangout. The menu is international. Guest DJs control the sound waves.
