Right in the heart of the city, this hidden gem feels like an old private club, from its brass-and-leather lobby to the Victorian-style furniture in the moderately spacious, high-ceiling rooms. Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter, but those facing the street—not a particularly busy one—are sunnier. All the rooms are becoming a little faded, but somehow that seems to add to the charm.
