  Sheraton Hotel and Towers Review

  Spent two nights here a week ago. Having booked a room with a king bed at the club level, we arrived to be told that they only had a room with two single beds available on that floor, else we could take a room with a "lovely balcony." We chose the balcony room, only to discover that there was nothing lovely about it--the balcony faced a building where construction work was going on and the room was dark and tiny. Back to reception to request a room change--which finally led us to a nice room.
  However, the phone wasn't working, the slippers were not there, the towels were very small, and when I asked a housekeeper to leave us extra towels and soap (there was just one bar of soap), I was told that it was hotel policy to give just one big and one small towel per guest, and she would have to ask her supervisor. The request for extra soap was met with an expression as if I was asking for something odd.
  Needless to say, I had to lurk in the hall to find the housekeeper as the phone wasn't working, and I didn't feel like going back to the reception desk.
  The only good thing about this place was the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the waitresses extremely pleasant.
  Would I stay here again? I don't think so.
