Restaurangen Review

Flavor is the driving force behind this hip restaurant. It's also great fun to eat here. You build three-, five-, or seven-course meals from 20 flavors, 15 of which are salty and 5 of which are sweet. Each flavor has a letter next to it that corresponds to a list of wines by the glass that are recommended to best complement it. A large box of cutlery appears with enough in it to cover all your choices, and the wine is lined up with an identifying label on each glass. The food is a surprisingly successful mix of contemporary Asian, French, Spanish, Italian, and Swedish. The über-cool interior was created by three students from Stockholm's prestigious Beckman's School of Design.
