Unashamedly Swedish flavors dominate the short menu here. On a rotating menu that changes about four times each year, you'll find the likes of a pan-fried catch of the day with pimento and mushrooms, or wild duck with a cream made of salsify, grated walnuts, and parsley. The restaurant is small (elbow room can be a little tight) and perfectly dressed in cream, beige, and brown—all bathed in soft candlelight. The staff are very relaxed and friendly; they like nothing
