Although less than 2 km (1 mile) from the center of Benasque and less than 1 km (½ mile) from Anciles, this mountain cottage offers absolute peace and tranquility, set back from the road amidst meadows and encircled by a backdrop of mountains, and there are delightful personal touches—bedrooms contain items from the travels of owners Rafael and Piedad, who built the place from scratch in 2007. It is a romantic retreat, but also good for couples with small children since the duplex rooms are ideal for families. The dining room overlooks lovely countryside, and there is also a library and sitting area.
