This rollicking place serves surprisingly great food, including solomillicos con salsa de trufa (little beef fillets with truffle sauce) and albóndigas de solomillicos (meatballs of beef fillet). The beer is fresh and cold, and the house wines, usually from Upper Aragón's own Somontano D.O., are of top value and quality. Carlos Ayora, the owner and chief waiter, seems to thrive on ensuring that his guests enjoy themselves.
