The Pyrenees Restaurants

Casa Rufus

Casa Rufus Review

Fresh pine on the walls and underfoot, red-and-white checked curtains, and snowy white tablecloths cozily furnish this restaurant nestled in the tiny, gray-stone village of Gessa, between Vielha and Salardú. Try the conejo relleno de ternera y cerdo (rabbit stuffed with veal and pork). Civets (stews) of mountain goat or venison, although not on the menu, can be requested in advance.
