Fresh pine on the walls and the floor, red-and-white checked curtains, and snowy white tablecloths cozily furnish this restaurant that's in the tiny, gray-stone village of Gessa, between Vielha and Salardú. Try the conejo relleno de ternera y cerdo (rabbit stuffed with veal and pork). Civets (stews) of mountain goat or venison, although not on the menu, can be requested in advance. If you're making a special trip to eat here, it's a good idea to call ahead to confirm its hours.
