Burguete (Auritz)
Burguete (Auritz in Euskera) lies between two mountain streams forming the headwaters of the Urobi River. The town was immortalized in Ernest Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises, with its evocative description of trout fishing in an ice-cold stream above a Navarran village.
